You have a right to continue to live in your own home, and often it is at a lower cost than moving to a care home.

Live-in care is one of our specialities, offering companionship and personal care full time in your own home. We offer care in the home in a flexible, affordable way to support your own needs.  With a large, established live-in care division, we have support workers to fill most peoples needs and preferences. This is one on one care in your own home, and we will work with you to make sure you get what you need and personalised support and care.

Who we support

Caremark (Aylesbury and Wycombe) offers Care and Support to adults, young people and children looking for some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably. 

We have offices in both High Wycombe and  Aylesbury, so if you would like to drop in for a coffee and a chat, we would welcome you at either office.  Just call us to talk to a friendly and knowledgeable member of our support team and arrange a time when you can meet us.

Our care and support workers are fully trained and DBS checked, and many have specialised training and experience in areas such as autism, Motor Neurone Disease, alzheimers, dementia and stroke survivors.  We employ experienced teams of support workers with special training in end of life care.  Whatever your needs, we can find a way of supporting you to live at home safely and make the most of your life.

How we support

At Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We are here to help you remain independent at home and continue to enjoy life to its fullest, without worrying about the things that are very personal to you.

Our Care and Support services extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being. We can support you in travelling to work or to the shops, or accompany you during a leisure activity. For example you may like some help to go swimming, bird watching or to the cinema or theatre.  Our Caremark Independence Clubs may be the solution to help you get out and about in groups or just with a support worker - it is your choice.

We can provide care and support workers for one hour visits, night support, and full time live-in care. We have a specialist live-in care service which focuses on providing continuity of care for those with full time needs.
